Property Viewing

Tenant Screening
We request the following from all tenants to ensure a successful 12 month + tenancy:

  • Previous landlord references
  • Letters of employment
  • Photo ID
  • Bank Statements
  • Proof of PPS Number

Securing the Letting
Prior to the tenant moving in we carry out the following procedures:

  • Optional Rent Guarantee available
  • 24/7 Emergency service for the tenants
  • Collection of 1 Month Security deposit and the first months 1 Month Rent
  • Set up a standing order from the tenants account direct to your account
  • Transfer of ESB & GAS bills into the tenants name
  • Collect and record the Stamp duty if applicable
  • Inventory list – list of all furniture signed by the tenant
  • Registration of all details with the PRTB (PRTB charge €90)
  • A tenancy lease is produced and signed in duplicate, one for the landlord and one for the tenant

At the end of the tenancy
We will discuss with the tenants and aim to secure them for a renewed tenancy term is required.
